Job summary

ADT’s Newport, KY contact center is seeking a Save Sales Representative to handle inbound calls from prospects aiming to cancel or reschedule installations. You will determine needs, offer solutions, and use consultative sales to explain benefits, overcoming objections and closing the sale.

The role requires empathy, effective communication, and the ability to learn ADT products, with on-site work in Newport. Compensation includes hourly pay plus commission and benefits.
