Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a Sales Consultant to help customers find the right furniture through consultative selling, engaging service, and needs assessment. You will create a personalized buying experience that builds satisfaction and drives sales conversion.

Whether your background is in retail, hospitality, teaching, or another people-focused field, you will connect with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to solutions.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and creating a great customer experience.
• Strong listening skills and a consultative approach.
• Experience connecting with customers in retail, hospitality, service, or sales.
• Confidence in closing sales, navigating conversations, and overcoming objections.
• Interest or experience in building relationships that drive repeat business.
• Comfort working toward sales quotas and performance metrics.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Comfort with technology and learning new tools.
• Sales experience is great but not required; hospitality/retail backgrounds welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing customers to grow the business.
