AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Georgetown, TX. You will guide customers with a consultative sales approach and participate in community events, online orders, and outbound calls. Schedule is 9am–9pm, including weekends, with up-front schedules released two weeks in advance.

The role offers a fast-paced environment, flexibility, and ongoing coaching to help you achieve sales goals. Previous retail experience is a plus.

Competenze

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? Training and coaching will be provided.

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Engage with the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls.
• Follow a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with seniority-based planning 2 weeks in advance.
