Job summary

AT&T is hiring Retail Sales Consultants in Tyler, TX. You’ll deliver consultative sales to customers, participate in community events, handle online orders, and make outbound calls. Expect a schedule 9am–9pm with weekends, and receive training if you’re new to sales. Great earning potential with base pay plus uncapped commissions.

Eligibility includes prior retail or customer-facing experience; strong communication helps you succeed in a fast-paced tech environment with a broad product lineup.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving tech and offerings.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to guide customers through options on the sales floor.
• Be part of the community by attending events, filling online orders and making outbound calls.
• Follow a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends; seniority-based schedules released 2 weeks in advance.
• Stay flexible in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in products and customer needs.
• If you have no sales experience, you’ll receive training and coaching to help you succeed.
