Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Newington, CT to connect customers with the latest devices and services. You’ll use a consultative approach on the sales floor, guiding choices and earning commissions as you meet targets.

Expect a 9am–9pm schedule (weekends included) with 40 hours weekly, and perks like medical coverage, a 401(k), tuition reimbursement and paid time off. Training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Engage in events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks' advance notice of seniority-based schedules.
• In a fast-paced environment, stay flexible and adapt to evolving tech and customer needs.
• This role welcomes candidates with or without sales experience, with training provided to help you meet goals.
