AT&T in Torrington, CT is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to connect customers with our full suite of devices and services. You’ll use a consultative approach to help customers choose options and earn commissions based on performance.

You’ll work a 40-hour week, including weekends, with training provided and opportunities for career growth. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but we’ll support you to meet your goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• We provide tools, training and coaching to help you meet and exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, guide customers using a consultative approach.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders and outbound calls.
• Work a schedule 9am–9pm, including weekends, with two weeks’ advance notice for seniority-based shifts.
• Stay flexible and adapt to evolving tech and customer needs.
