Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Branford, CT. You’ll use a consultative sales approach to help customers navigate options and leverage AT&T’s products and services.

You’ll engage with the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls to customers, with a schedule from 9am to 9pm including weekends. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and training is provided to help you meet and exceed goals in a fast-paced environment.

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with two weeks in advance for monthly seniority-based schedules.
• Be flexible and open to change to stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
