Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in West Hartford, CT. You’ll engage customers with a consultative approach, guide options, and help them choose devices and services while meeting sales targets and earning uncapped commissions.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends, participate in community events, fill online orders, and join a supportive team with comprehensive training and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules announced 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment, staying flexible to evolving tech and customer needs.
• You’ll support customers to meet goals through coaching and training.
