Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Greenwich, CT. You will engage customers with a consultative sales style, guide options, and help customers access the latest devices and services.

You’ll participate in events, handle online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers, with a flexible 9am–9pm schedule including weekends. Training is provided for those new to sales, and performance rewards with uncapped commissions are possible.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to meet and exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls.
• Maintain a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends, with 2-week advance schedules.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
