Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Meriden, CT. You’ll engage customers with a consultative approach, guide them through device options, and help them choose services. Expect a fast-paced environment with weekend shifts and a schedule from 9am to 9pm, plus weekly hours and ongoing training.

Base pay ranges from $16.25 to $17.65 per hour, with uncapped commissions that can push annual earnings well above base salary depending on goals and geography.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching to help you meet goals.
• Earning potential includes base wage plus commissions and uncapped upside.
