Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Rosenberg, TX. You will guide customers with a consultative approach, assist with online orders, and make outbound calls to both existing and potential customers. The role emphasizes flexibility, a fast pace, and strong customer service to help meet sales goals.

Starting salaries range with commissions; training and coaching are provided to all new hires. Expect a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends, with 40 weekly hours and uncapped commission

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
• You will use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• You will be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to customers.
