Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive retail sales associate to deliver consultative service on the floor, guiding customers through AT&T product and service options and building meaningful connections through expert advice.

You will meet sales targets, participate in community events, handle online orders, and make outbound calls, while working shifts 9am–9pm including weekends and adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
• Flexibility and openness to change
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Ability to work 40 hours per week
• Must comply with protective and safe-distancing guidelines required by local and state authorities

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor
• Guide customers through product and service options
• Create meaningful customer connections through personalized sales expertise
• Meet sales targets and earn commission through AT&T products and services
• Participate in community events
• Fill online orders
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
