Job summary

AT&T is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to guide customers through options with a consultative sales approach on the sales floor. You’ll participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to current and potential customers.

Schedules run 9am–9pm with weekends included; monthly seniority-based schedules are posted two weeks in advance. Training is provided for those new to sales, with the goal of meeting and exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• We provide tools, training and coaching to help you meet and exceed goals.
• Ability to stay flexible in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor to guide customers.
• Engage with the community through events, fill online orders and make outbound calls.
• Work a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends; seniority-based schedules announced 2 weeks ahead.
• Adapt to changing tech and processes to meet customers' needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing experience is helpful, with training provided to meet and exceed targets.
