Job summary

A leading service provider in Dallas is looking for candidates to handle inbound and outbound calls, set appointments, and present benefits to union members. The ideal candidate should possess basic computer skills and customer service experience, although this is not required. This position offers weekly retainers, bonuses that can average $55,000 in the first year, and opportunities for career advancement. Remote work options are available as well. All interviews will be conducted via video conference.
