Job summary

You will provide design, development, and construction support for building and infrastructure projects, coordinate with regulators, and prepare technical reports and analyses.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, a Bachelor's in Structural or Civil Engineering, and Engineer in Training Certification, with a salary range of $105,000–$130,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of post-education experience in structural or civil design.
• Engineer in Training Certification.
• Knowledge of structural engineering principles and design/build processes.
• Experience with infrastructure planning and construction management.
• Ability to coordinate with agency regulators.
• Familiarity with sustainability concepts and reducing hazardous substances.
• Knowledge of structural and civil construction laws and codes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to learn new techniques and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with the listed design software.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional structural engineering work and assist with research and inspections of conditions.
• Develop data analyses, drawings, and calculations for projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, planners, and professionals on project work.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations explaining findings.
• Assist in scoping small- to medium-sized projects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules, standards, and permits.
• Support health and safety plans and compliance documentation.
