Qualifications

• College degree required.
• 0-3 years’ experience in a related financial services role.
• Must be detail oriented and organized and able to handle multiple assignments.
• Experience supporting sales function, a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong quantitative/analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate consultant meetings, prepare agendas, circulate materials, manage logistics.
• Update CRM with consultant data, meetings, interactions, and actions.
• Prepare meeting summaries and high-quality reporting for consultants and clients.
• Provide data, documentation and responses for requests (RFPs, DDQs, updates) with internal teams.
• Support strategic initiatives to enhance Consultant Relations operations and data integrity.
• Maintain knowledge of Hamilton Lane’s products, strategies and market positioning.
• Assist HQ Client Solutions with materials and on-site activities.
