Job summary

Hamilton Lane, a global leader in private markets, seeks a Senior Associate to support Product Strategy & Operations within Global Client Solutions. You will manage a pool of analysts, coordinate cross-platform initiatives, and ensure consistent content and processes across platforms.

You will partner with platform leads and leadership to shape strategy, oversee vendor relationships, and help build scalable infrastructure. Travel 0-10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/CFA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in financial services in investor relations or product management.
• Experience managing teams and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a shared pool of analysts, ensuring training and coordination.
• Drive consistency in marketing content, templates, and standard responses across platforms.
• Oversee cross-platform content, data aggregation, and reporting
• Build recurring relationships with platform SMEs and lead cross-platform initiatives.
