Hamilton Lane is seeking a Sr. Analyst in Consultant Relations to support consultant interactions and ensure smooth operations within the team.

You will coordinate meetings, maintain CRM data, and prepare reports for consultants and clients, helping drive data-driven insights for private markets clients. The role requires a college degree and 0–3 years in financial services, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• > College degree (B.A., B.S., or B.B.A)
• > 0–3 years’ experience in a related financial services role
• > Detail-oriented and organized
• > Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• > Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• > Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support consultant meetings and communications
• Maintain and update CRM systems with consultant information
• Prepare detailed meeting summaries and reports for consultants and clients
• Gather and provide data for consultant and client requests
• Support strategic initiatives to enhance Consultant Relations operations
• Stay updated on Hamilton Lane’s products and market positioning
