Job summary

Hamilton Lane, a global leader in private markets, seeks a Client Solutions Analyst in Philadelphia to support client relationships through reporting, presentations, and data analysis. You will work with client solutions and relationship managers to deliver high-quality materials for institutional and wealth clients.

The role offers exposure to cross-functional teams, on-the-job learning, and formal training in private markets. A bachelor’s degree and 1–5 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of post-graduate experience in financial services, asset management, private markets, or related industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication tailored to different audiences.
• Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills with comfort working with numerical data.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Client support and service: coordinate day-to-day client deliverables and meetings.
• Reporting and presentations: prepare recurring and ad-hoc client reports and materials.
• Data, analysis, and portfolio support: maintain client portfolio data and analyze activity.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with internal teams to produce client materials and improve processes.
