Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team in Miami, Florida, serving our long-term care community for 16-40 hours per week. The role offers a flexible schedule and competitive compensation as part of a dedicated care-team.

You will conduct clinical nutrition assessments, document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team, complete MDS - Section K, calculate TF, and make wound and weight-change

Qualifications

• Must be credentialed by the CDR.
• Must hold dietetic licensure.
• Excellent communication and client-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete the MDS - Section K.
• Calculate TF.
• Provide recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes.
