Nutrition that Works, LLC seeks a consultant dietitian to serve our long-term care community in Sterling, Michigan for 8 hours per week. The role offers a flexible schedule and competitive pay.

The consultant will perform clinical nutrition assessments, document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care plan team. Responsibilities include completing the MDS - Section K, calculating tube feeding requirements, and making nutrition recommendations

• Credentialed by the CDR.
• Dietetic licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Completing clinical nutrition assessments.
• Documenting using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Completing the MDS - Section K.
• Calculating TF.
• Making recommendations for wounds and significant wt changes.
