Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team in Grand Blanc, Michigan, serving our long-term care community with a flexible schedule of 16–40 hours per week and competitive pay.

You will perform clinical nutrition assessments, document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team, complete the MDS - Section K, and provide wound and weight-change recommendations.
