Qualifications

• 5+ years in project/program management or transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• Proven track record delivering change across multiple projects.
• Familiarity with AI and digital workplace programs.
• Change management certification (Prosci or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement transformation projects and strategic initiatives across Europe.
• Develop project plans, manage timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Procurement, Finance, HR, IT and Business stakeholders.
• Support execution of the Procurement strategy and transformation roadmap.
• Facilitate project governance, steering committees and working groups.
• Lead deployment and adoption of AI-enabled solutions within Procurement.
• Coordinate implementation of AI agents, chatbots, automation initiatives and digital workplace solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and automation.
• Manage pilots, proof-of-concepts and rollout activities.
• Drive user engagement, training and adoption of new digital tools.
