The Agile Product Owner Senior Manager is responsible for a team supporting Business Product Ownership for Express Scripts and Accredo front-end and back-end fulfillment Pharmacy Operations and Strategic Initiatives. This position utilizes financial, technical, and operational aptitude and experience to provide business support, ensuring satisfaction with technology products, systems, and services in alignment with Express Scripts and Accredo objectives.

Summary: Oversees various cross-functional technology project requests within the Business Product Operations organization. Assists with ensuring project requirements, and the development and execution of approved initiatives are delivered to optimize the value proposition of the department. Manages deadlines and the overall success of projects from beginning to end.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide business direction for cross-functional, operational, strategic, and tactical initiatives.
2. Coordinate cross-functional team members’ activities to ensure that designated projects and relevant tasks are completed on time to support the project team’s efforts.
3. Partner with the Chief Business Product Owner (CBPO) to define and communicate a vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for new and existing products in the Backend fulfillment and Front end pharmacy areas.
4. Identify cross-functional business team members based on project requests. Gather and analyze data, develop queries, document requirements, track action items via a project plan, and provide status reports. Ensure proper processes are met and documented by responsible teams and business leads.
5. Manage the team responsible for the timely completion of projects and communicate with leadership on roadblocks and changing priorities.
6. Responsible for the delivery and success of assigned projects. Optimize results within business and time constraints. Partner with cross-functional project teams to assess status, support escalated issues, and drive resolution.
7. Serve as a leader and escalation point to team BPOs in support of capability roadmap visioning and delivery.
8. Assist in establishing the strategic direction while acting as a liaison between business and technology to execute initiatives, resolve issues, monitor results, and provide status updates.
9. Accountable for completing financial analysis with resource management partners and tracking savings/benefit results with leadership.
10. Facilitate delivery of technology projects and assist others in gathering and documenting requirements for large/complex initiatives.
11. Handle special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Financial forecasting and project justification experience preferred.
• Experience working in an agile environment preferred.
• Understanding of home delivery and specialty fulfillment operations and processes highly preferred.
• Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to analyze issues and propose potential solutions.
• Strong business and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Demonstrated initiative, commitment, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service, technical, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
• Ability to influence and build strong relationships across the organization.
• Proven team player.

Note: For remote work, internet connection must be through a cable broadband or fiber optic provider with speeds of at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

Salary range: $126,600 - $211,000 annually, depending on experience and location. The role may be eligible for an annual bonus plan.
