What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert on predictive coding for compliance with regulatory requests and litigation
- Consult with external stakeholders to determine appropriate analytics tools and workflows
- Create models using AI tools and develop prompts for AI applications
- Document and transfer knowledge to enhance technology-assisted review workflows
- Mentor colleagues and provide internal expertise to broaden the organization's analytics knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of client-facing experience in an eDiscovery capacity
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree (JD or MBA) preferred
- Proficiency in Relativity (Server or RelativityOne) and document review database administration
- Experience with Technology Assisted Review utilizing machine learning and/or generative AI tools
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Second Requests (DOJ or FTC) strongly preferred
- Familiarity with AI tools such as CoPilot, Claude, Gemini, and Harvey for crafting prompts
- Knowledge of Power BI, Python, and SQL
- Certification in analytics platforms deployed by the employer preferred
- Skill in synthesizing complex solutions into clear explanations
