- Serve as a subject matter expert on predictive coding for compliance with regulatory requests and litigation
- Consult with external stakeholders to determine appropriate analytics tools and required deliverables
- Create models using various AI tools and advise on use-case scenarios
- Document and transfer knowledge to enhance technology-assisted review workflows
- Remain updated on changes in the regulatory environment impacting compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree (JD or MBA) preferred
- Minimum 5 years of client-facing experience in an eDiscovery capacity
- Proficiency in Relativity and document review databases
- Experience with Technology Assisted Review utilizing machine learning and/or Generative AI tools
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Second Request (DOJ or FTC) experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Relativity Active Learning, Reveal AI, and/or Brainspace
- Experience crafting prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Proficiency with Microsoft O365
- Knowledge of Power BI, Python, or SQL preferred
