What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert on predictive coding for compliance with regulatory requests and investigations
- Consult with external stakeholders to determine appropriate analytics tools and workflows
- Create models in various AI platforms and develop prompts for AI tools
- Document and transfer knowledge to enhance technology-assisted review workflows
- Remain updated on regulatory changes impacting compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of client-facing experience in an eDiscovery capacity
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred)
- Proficiency in Relativity and document review databases
- Experience with Technology Assisted Review utilizing machine learning and/or GenAI tools
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Second Request (DOJ or FTC) experience
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Relativity Active Learning, Reveal AI, and Brainspace
- Experience crafting prompts for LLMs (e.g., CoPilot, Claude)
- Proficiency with Microsoft O365 and experience with Power BI, Python, SQL
- Willingness to exceed client expectations and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
