What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert on predictive coding for compliance with regulatory requests and litigation
- Consult with external stakeholders to determine appropriate analytics tools and workflows
- Create models using various AI tools and develop prompts for AI applications
- Document knowledge and assist in technology-assisted review workflows
- Mentor colleagues and pursue opportunities for thought leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree such as JD or MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of client-facing experience in an eDiscovery capacity
- Proficiency in Relativity and experience with Technology Assisted Review using machine learning or GenAI tools
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to go above and beyond client expectations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Second Request (DOJ or FTC) experience
- Familiarity with Relativity Active Learning, Reveal AI, and/or Brainspace
- Experience crafting prompts for large language models (LLMs)
- Knowledge of Power BI, Python, and SQL
