What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert on predictive coding for compliance with regulatory requests, investigations, and litigation
- Consult with external stakeholders to determine appropriate analytics tools and workflows
- Create models using Epiq AI Discovery Assistant, Reveal AI, and other analytics tools
- Document and transfer knowledge to Managed Review and Client Services teams to enhance technology-assisted review workflows
- Maintain expertise in the regulatory environment affecting compliance and educate colleagues in analytics knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree such as JD or MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of client-facing experience in an eDiscovery capacity
- Proficiency in Relativity and administration of document review databases
- Experience with Technology Assisted Review utilizing machine learning and/or GenAI tools
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Second Request (DOJ or FTC) experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Relativity Active Learning, Reveal AI, and/or Brainspace
- Experience crafting prompts for LLMs (CoPilot, Claude, Gemini, Harvey, et al.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft O365, Power BI, Python, and SQL
- Skill for synthesizing complex solutions into clear explanations
