Job summary

JobDiva, Inc. in Kansas is seeking an experienced Application Support professional to maintain and support engineering applications within a demanding AMS environment.

You will handle incidents, coordinate RCA, and work with cross-functional teams to restore services quickly. The role requires strong troubleshooting across applications, databases, and hybrid cloud environments, plus solid ITIL process knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in an Application Support role in the Engineering domain (AMS).
• Experience installing, configuring, or supporting Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Adobe, and Engineering applications.
• Strong troubleshooting across applications, databases, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; explain technical issues simply.
• Experience with issue tracking and reporting using relevant tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage Severity 1/2 incidents, drive RCA, and ensure rapid restoration of service.
• Provide AMS in Engineering domain with application maintenance and support.
• Troubleshoot across applications, databases, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Communicate technical issues clearly to non-IT staff and document resolutions.

Job Description:

• 5–8 years of experience in an Application Support role (AMS) in the Engineering domain (Application Maintenance and Support).
• Experience installing, configuring, or supporting Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Adobe, and Engineering applications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, databases, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Proven experience managing Severity 1/Severity 2 incidents, driving RCA, and ensuring rapid restoration of service.
• Strong command of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management).
• Advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes and re-prioritization.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms that non-IT staff can understand.
• Experience with issue tracking and reporting using relevant tools.
