Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking an Application Support professional with 5-8 years of AMS experience in engineering environments. The role focuses on incident management, RCA, and rapid service restoration across applications, databases, and hybrid cloud setups.

Strong ITIL process knowledge and clear communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with non-IT staff. The position emphasizes resolving Severity 1/2 incidents, maintaining service stability, and leveraging tool-based issue

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in an Application Support role in Engineering domain (AMS).
• Experience installing, configuring or supporting Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Adobe and Engineering Applications.

Role Description

5 - 8 years’ experience in an Application Support role (AMS) in Engineering domain (Application Maintenance and Support)

• Experience installing, configuring or supporting Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Adobe and Engineering Applications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, databases, and hybrid cloud environments
• Proven experience managing Severity 1/Severity 2 incidents, driving RCA, and ensuring rapid restoration of service
• Strong command of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management)
• Advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes and re-prioritization
• Effective written and verbal communications including ability to explain technical issues in simple terms that non-IT staff can understand.
• Issue tracking and reporting using tools
