Aerotek in the United States is seeking a Construction Workforce Manager responsible for day-to-day workforce and operational supervision, client relations, and onsite team management. The role ensures clear communication among associates, client, and internal stakeholders and partners.

You will oversee deliverables, optimize associate performance, and coordinate with client managers and internal teams, including onboarding tasks and reporting support.

Competenze

• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Prior experience managing or supervising people.
• Construction and workforce management experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 Certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong time management, communication, and organization skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee and manage deliverables as outlined in SOW/contracts.
• Maintain and manage associate workforce per client requirements.
• Optimize performance via KPI tracking and feedback.
• Interface between client managers, associates, local office, and matrix partners.
• Assist client reporting with Delivery Manager and team.
• Attend client quarterly business reviews.
• Maintain safety and professionalism in line with Aerotek culture.
• Administer drug screening as needed.
• Coordinate documentation in Aerotek systems (SharePoint/Teams).
