Job summary

Aerotek, an Allegis Group company, seeks a Construction Workforce Manager to lead daily workforce and onsite teams, manage client relations, and ensure project delivery. You will oversee deliverables, coordinate with internal teams, and drive performance and safety on client sites.

The role requires 5+ years in related work with supervision, OSHA 10, and strong communication. On-site work with travel to client locations may be needed, with a focus on safety and compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years in a related role with supervisory experience.
• Experience managing people and workforce in construction is preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred for safety compliance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data reporting.
• Strong time management, communication, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage deliverables per SOW, work order, and contracts.
• Maintain and manage associate workforce per client requirements.
• Optimize performance through KPI tracking, feedback, and corrective action.
• Interface between client managers, associates, local office, and partners.
• Assist and review client reporting with Delivery Manager and team.
• Attend client quarterly business reviews.
• Maintain a professional work environment aligned with Aerotek culture; coordinate with Employee Relations as needed.
• Ensure safety procedures and site walks; coordinate with Health & Safety.
• On-site onboarding tasks and PPE compliance checks.
