Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Construction Workforce Manager to oversee day-to-day workforce, operations, client relations, and onsite team management. You will ensure effective communication among associates, client, and internal stakeholders.

The role includes managing deliverables per SOW, optimizing performance via KPI tracking, and ensuring safety compliance. Travel to project sites and client locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Prior experience managing or supervising people.
• Construction and workforce management experience preferred.
• Construction Specific OSHA 10 Certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage deliverables as outlined in Statement of Work, work order, and/or contracts.
• Maintain and manage associate workforce according to client specific requirements.
• Optimize the performance of associates through performance management and KPI tracking.
• Serve as the interface between client managers, associates, local office, Services Practices teams, and matrix partners.
• Review client-specific and internal reporting with Delivery Manager and Services Delivery Enablement team.
• Attend client quarterly business reviews.
• Maintain a professional work environment aligned with client and Aerotek culture; coordinate with Employee Relations as needed.
• Support safety programs, site walks, and injury reporting protocols with Health & Safety teams.
• Administer drug screening as needed; utilize Aerotek systems for data tracking.
• Assist with onboarding tasks and site setup where required.
