Salary: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, paid weekly. Watch a 30-second video

Responsibilities under your crew foreman:

1. Adhere to Morton Buildings' safety and construction standards.
2. Read and interpret construction plans.
3. Use tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
4. Perform tasks like digging, framing, installing doors/windows, and siding.
5. Work collaboratively in a respectful and organized environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction, carpentry, or framing preferred.
• Willingness to complete training.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Availability for 9-10 hour shifts during peak season.
• Ability to follow directions and produce quality work.
• Compliance with safety procedures.
• Ability to operate tools and safety equipment properly.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Comfort working at heights up to 40 feet.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, possibly overnight for two weeks.
