The role focuses on processing weekly payroll for union and non‑union staff, managing payroll from timekeeping to final processing, and preparing certified payroll reports.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of payroll experience, with construction and union payroll experience required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll experience
• Construction payroll experience strongly preferred
• Union payroll experience required
• Certified payroll experience required

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for union and non‑union employees
• Manage payroll from timekeeping through final processing
• Prepare and submit certified payroll reports
• Review employee timecards and resolve discrepancies
• Interpret union agreements, wage rates, and benefit requirements
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and benefits
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and union payroll requirements
• Reconcile payroll and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain accurate employee and payroll records
• Respond to employee, project team, and union payroll questions
• Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and year‑end processes
