Job summary

Performance Contracting Group in Midlothian, TX, is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to support the PCI Dallas 114 operations. The role focuses on delivering training, verifying retention, and maintaining records to support customer training requirements.

Primary duties include coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and developing criteria for training and testing, with emphasis on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in interior finishing within the commercial construction industry.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Expertise in Drywall Finishing and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training and verify employee retention.
• Respond to inquiries and support requests on all training and certification needs.
• Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress.
• Create training schedules, track, and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the Customer as requested.
• Assist Customer and PCI in development of Training and Testing Criteria as required.
• Market company training opportunities and provide information on benefits to encourage job retention.
