Job summary

Performance Contracting Inc. is looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to support the training processes out at our PCI Nashville 532 operations located in Smyrna, TN.

This role focuses on delivering training, tracking progress and ensuring safety standards are followed. The candidate will organize schedules, maintain training records, respond to inquiries, and assist in developing training criteria.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry as a Foreman.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Expertise in Drywall Finishing and Drywall Finishing Tools.

Responsibilities

• Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress
• Create training schedules, track, and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the Customer as requested
• Assist Customer and PCI in development of Training and Testing Criteria as required
• Market company training opportunities and provide information on benefits to encourage job retention
• Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience working in the construction industry as a Foreman.
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Expertise in Drywall Finishing and Drywall Finishing Tools.
