Performance Contracting Inc. is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to support training processes at PCI Dallas 114 in Midlothian, TX. You will conduct training, track progress, respond to inquiries, and create schedules and reports to support customer training needs.

Qualifications include at least 5 years in construction, OSHA 30, and drywall finishing expertise. The role emphasizes safety, communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Conduct training and verify employee retention.
• Respond to inquiries and support training and certification needs.
• Inform employees on scheduled training and track progress.
• Create training schedules, track and report outcomes, and maintain records.
• Assist in development of training/testing criteria and market training opportunities.
