Job summary

Millstone Weber is seeking a Training Administrator to plan, schedule, coordinate, and deliver training programs across the organization. You will ensure access to high-quality development opportunities, manage logistics, and maintain training records while supporting instructors and learners.

The role emphasizes on-site coordination at MW's St. Charles, MO headquarters, with collaboration across People & Culture, Safety, Operations, and other departments to align curricula with company goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in training coordination, HR coordination, administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfort with technology, including LMS or HRIS systems (BambooHR experience a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in business, education, or related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in adult learning, training delivery, or instructional coordination.
• Experience in the construction industry or a similar field.
• Familiarity with virtual learning tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail paired with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling, coordination, and delivery of training programs across the organization.
• Coordinate all Onward University training sessions, workshops, and courses, including room reservations and logistics.
• Maintain updated training calendars and communicate with participants and leaders.
• Manage registration, attendance tracking, and course completion records.
• Provide day-to-day support to instructors, learners, and departments.
• Manage training logistics, materials, budgets, and vendor relationships.
