Job summary

fairlife, LLC is seeking a Site Training Manager to lead Webster’s training strategy, team, and qualification governance. You will drive workforce readiness, time-to-proficiency, and on-the-job performance while partnering with Operations, HR, EHS, Quality and Engineering.

You will own the training portfolio, set curriculum standards, oversee certification, and manage the budget and resources across shifts to ensure strong results and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years in manufacturing/training with leadership and program delivery.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills from shop floor to leadership.
• Experience managing a training portfolio with deadlines and risk.
• Ability to analyze skills matrices and data to set priorities.

Responsibilities

• Represent Technical Training in site leadership forums and set priorities.
• Own training data, skills-matrix, scorecard and capability assessments.
• Ensure evidence exists before qualification sign-off and manage capacity.
• Own training portfolio including capital, equipment changes, and programs.
• Set curriculum standards and oversee content ownership and quality.
• Oversee LMS governance, records, and logistics; delegate routine tasks.
• Coach and develop Training Specialists and the Coordinator.
• Manage site training budget and Certified Trainer program.
• Maintain presence across office, classroom, and floor as a training partner.
