Job summary
Is-International-Services is seeking a Manager of Construction Training to lead the development and execution of training and certification programs for Technical Field Advisors involved in the installation, erection, and pre-commissioning of gas turbines, generators, and related systems.
The role focuses on aligning training content with project requirements, maintaining competency records, and delivering technical sessions across classroom, virtual, and field environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of construction or engineering experience.
- Experience with EPC power projects preferred.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver training curricula.
Responsibilities
- Lead construction training and certification program for Technical Field Advisors.
- Develop curricula for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation installation.
- Coordinate with PMO, Engineering, EHS, and Commissioning teams.
- Maintain competency matrices and records.
- Deliver technical trainings to internal and external audiences.
- Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
