Job summary

MHI RJ Aviation Group is seeking a Manager of Construction Training to develop training programs for Technical Field Advisors involved in mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation installation of gas turbines and generators. The role demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and at least 10 years of experience in construction.

As the primary leader, you'll work closely with engineering and management to ensure training aligns with project execution and complies with company standards. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Technical diploma required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction or Engineering.
• Experience with EPC power projects is required.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills are essential.
• 3 years of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Construction Training and Certification Program.
• Develop and maintain training curricula for Technical Field Advisors.
• Ensure training materials are current and aligned with standards.
• Administer competency assessments for construction personnel.
• Deliver technical training sessions and presentations.
