The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 10 years in construction or engineering, with strong organizational skills and knowledge of EPC projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Construction or Engineering.
• Experience with EPC power projects.
• 3+ years of people management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction training and certification programs.
• Develop and maintain training curricula.
• Ensure competency assessments of Technical Field Advisors.
