Job summary

Con Edison Construction Business Services is seeking a Training Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service while coordinating compliance, promotional, career and professional training for Construction employees.

You will onboard new hires, enroll and schedule trainings, coordinate testing and fit testing, and plan yearly training. You will create reports and presentations and communicate training statuses to senior leadership and customers.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, enroll and schedule compliance training, promotional training, career and professional training.
• Coordinate enrollment and scheduling includes title and position certification testing, fit testing scheduling, and yearly training planning.
• Maintain and manage compliance training for all Construction employees; create reporting and presentations.
• Communicate training statuses to senior leadership and customers; support customer service excellence.
