Job summary

Con Edison Co. in New York is seeking a Training Coordinator within Construction Business Services to deliver exceptional customer service while coordinating onboarding, enrollment and scheduling of compliance, promotional, career and professional training for construction teams.

You will manage testing schedules, plan annual training enrollment, maintain compliance records, generate reports and presentations, and communicate training statuses to senior leadership and customers.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to collaborate with Construction teams, partnering teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, enroll and schedule compliance training, promotional training, and career/professional training for construction staff.
• Schedule title and position certification testing and fit testing where required, and plan yearly training enrollment.
• Maintain and manage compliance training records, create reporting and presentations, and communicate training statuses to senior leadership and customers.
