West Shore Home is seeking a Construction Laborer for our Charlotte, NC location. The role supports installation teams to deliver high-quality remodels of windows and exterior doors, starting at 6:30 AM on weekdays.

The ideal candidate will have carpentry or construction experience, basic hand and power tool knowledge, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling or construction.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
