West Shore Home in Boston seeks a Construction Trainee to support residential remodel projects in a paid training program. This W2 role starts with a 6:30 AM schedule, Monday through Friday, and provides hands-on learning under experienced installers.

The position focuses on installing replacement windows and exterior doors, with emphasis on safety and customer service, while you develop carpentry and tool-handling skills in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or plumbing is preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required to log into company systems.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer's home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
