Job summary

West Shore Home in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Construction Trainee to support installation teams and start each day at 6:30 AM. You will load materials, travel to homes, greet customers, and install replacement windows and exterior doors while replacing trim and keeping sites clean.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have a smartphone with two-factor authentication access.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet clients, and establish rapport.
• Install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly and protect the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
