Tutor Perini Corporation in Valhalla, NY seeks a Traffic Coordinator for the Kensico – Eastview Connection Tunnel Project. You will manage all truck and material deliveries on the site, verify shipping documents, and coordinate schedules with project teams to keep operations flowing smoothly.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, OSHA 30, and proven experience in site logistics and construction traffic.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience managing site logistics, including scheduling truck arrivals and departures.
OSHA 30 certification.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and planning abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

Manage all truck and material deliveries entering and leaving the project site.
Verify shipping documents, manifests, bills of lading, and delivery tickets.
Coordinate delivery schedules with project management, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Direct truck routing, staging, unloading locations, and site traffic flow.
Track driver information, vehicle identification, and site access requirements.
Maintain delivery logs and material tracking reports.
Ensure compliance with project safety requirements and site logistics plans.
Resolve delivery conflicts, material shortages, and scheduling issues.
Interface with security personnel and other construction professionals.
